Speedtennessee Remodeling connects homeowners with independent providers. If you run a remodeling business and want more conversations with people who are ready to plan a project, you may be a fit for our network.

This is not a job listing. We do not hire employees or crews. We are looking for independent businesses that already do good work.

Who We Are Looking For

We focus on larger home projects. That includes:

• Custom bathroom renovations and luxury bath upgrades
• Tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers, and walk-in tubs
• Full kitchen remodels

If you are a kitchen remodeling contractor or a bath specialist who serves homeowners in Houston or the Houston area, we would like to hear from you. Very small repairs and mobile home work are usually outside what we send.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often juggling work, kids, and a lot of stress. We ask providers to treat them with patience and respect. In practice, that means:

• Keeping the proper licenses and insurance for your area, and being ready to show them
• Giving clear written quotes before work begins
• Being honest about timelines and what may change
• Planning work around the household when possible
• Returning calls and messages in a reasonable time

Providers stay independent. You set your own prices, run your own jobs, and stand behind your own work.

How Referrals Work

When a homeowner asks to be connected, we may refer them to a provider in the network who serves their area. Referrals depend on location, project type, and availability. We do not promise a set number of leads. Terms for any referral fee are shared before you join.

• A few words about how you work with busy households
